These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MultiForge Lab website and the purchase of any products from MultiForge Lab. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Intended Use
All products sold by MultiForge Lab are intended for decorative purposes only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Our products are not toys and are not designed for children. Items may contain small parts and could present a choking hazard or break if dropped, chewed, or misused.
By purchasing, you agree that you are responsible for the safe use and placement of all products, including keeping them out of reach of children when appropriate.
3D Print Product Notice
All items are produced in small batches using 3D printing technology.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:
No two items will be exactly identical
Minor variations in color, finish, and detail are normal
Colors may vary due to lighting and screen/monitor settings
Visible layer lines, surface texture, and other FDM 3D printing characteristics are normal and not defects
Each item is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
All Sales Final / Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a true manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We reserve the sole right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a defect.
Approved claims may result in either:
A replacement, or
A refund
The resolution will be determined at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, you must first file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will reasonably assist by providing documentation if needed, but we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
Order Refusal & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Intellectual Property
All designs, models, images, and content are the property of MultiForge Lab.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our products or designs
Sell or resell digital or physical copies of our designs
Use our designs for commercial purposes without permission
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiForge Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.
You assume all responsibility for the use of any product purchased from us.
No Warranties
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
