All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Due to the nature of our products and small-batch 3D printing process, minor variations in color, finish, and surface texture are normal and are not considered defects.
Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must first file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We will reasonably assist by providing documentation if needed, but we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
